Analytics Consultant – Responsible for quality assurance (QA) of data systems and processes
used for reporting and on-going data analysis. Analyze users’ online activities to evaluate
efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns by using Google Analytics. Process data
automation of dashboard reporting using Tableau, improving efficiencies across teams for ad-
hoc reports. Develop advanced dashboards to identify significant cost-savings opportunities
through overlap, reach & frequency analysis using Google ADH and Tableau. Collaborate with
3rd party vendors as well as data science team to build marketing mix modeling to evaluate the
impact of marketing spend and future allocation optimization. Work with data engineer to collect
marketing media data and build dashboards to monitor the performance. Work with SQL,
Tableau and Google ADH. Work site: Telecommuting is available. Relocation to various

Computer Systems Analyst – Maintain existing code base to ensure seamless operations during transition phase. Provide technical support to the development team and resolve issues related to software and hardware malfunctions and troubleshoot system problems.  Play a critical role in analyzing complex business requirements and propose customized solutions.  Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that the transition process meets the organization's needs and aligns with its goals.  Develop project plans and coordinate project resources. Communicate project status and progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.  Evaluate new hardware and software technologies to improve system performance and enhance the end-user experience.  Provide recommendations on system upgrades and participate in the implementation of these upgrades.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, programming languages, and software development practices.  Contribute to the development of organizational best practices and standards for software development and system maintenance. Work site: Relocation for short/long term projects to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. required. Telecommuting may be available depending on the project.
